I specialize in helping adults with PTSD, C-PTSD, depression, anxiety, and panic as a result of childhood abuse/neglect, bullying, domestic abuse, sexual assault, oppression, and other traumatic experiences. I use psychodynamic talk therapy, EMDR, and IFS to help people process trauma.

I am in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicaid (RMHP & CCHA) Optum, Oscar, Oxford and United Healthcare.

I work with a company called Headway, and they handle billing and insurance for me.

My private pay fee is $130, however, depending on your insurance plan and deductible, your cost may be significantly lower.
